Candy shop kiosk - sales policy

• Applying retailers must qualify via the application process of measuring location, traffic, and other external metrics. 
• End users must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Candy Shop Kiosk or accompanied by an adult.

• Orders begin their process stage within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Candy Shop Kiosk service providers strive to return completed orders within 14 business days.

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
• Payments are processed through eMerchant Authority using secure encryption.
• We accept major credit cards and ACH transfer. We do not accept checks or money orders.

• Customers (kiosk merchants) are responsible for applicable state and federal taxes.
• Kiosks arrive tailored for customers local, state, and federal sales tax requirements.

Altering orders after purchases is solely at the service providers discretion. Retailers must review and communicate any updates and or changes to purchases with their service providers. It is not recommended and highly discouraged for retailers to share service provider information with customers, and may lead to account suspension. . 

Customers must review their designs before finalizing purchases.
