- Retailer owed products offerered on kiosks are easily refundable for retailer convenience.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer permitted.
- Changes may be requested and made but must meet the service providers given discretion
3. Payment Disputes
- If a chargeback is filed, merchants must resolve the dispute with eMerchant Authority directly..
- Unauthorized disputes may result in account suspension.
